Sheds…don’t mention sheds. What a terrible thing someone did
by stealing our world famous in New Zealand ‘Sharing Shed’ however what great
act of kindness came out of this. The sharing shed has become part of the
culture of our school and a great bridge between the parish and school. Many
people parents and parishioners place items in this shed and the Monte Cecelia
House certainly appreciate the support.
We placed the shed back in the same
place because I believe the bad guys should not win and being their shows our
children that they don’t. they 4 large concrete bolts in each corner of the shed
will certainly help if any ‘bottom feeder’ ( a famous quote) decides to take it
again.
A Irish catholic Building company who wish to named
anonymous funded and erected the new shed for us immediately once they heard
about it. Your support and act of kindness is appreciated.
A big thanks to …… for the support to setting up the new
shed with shelves and boxes. ASB for their offering of 10 new sheds for the
Monte Cecelia House Trust needs to be mentioned.
